Mohd Yasir Arafat has completed PhD in Commerce (Entrepreneurship Area) in 2019 and Master of Commerce from Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), Aligarh, India. Currently, he is working as Assistant Professor at Centre for Distance Education, AMU. He has been Ministry of Minority Affairs Scholar, Senior Research Fellow, Maulana Azad National Fellow, Centre for Research and Entrepreneurship Education (CREED) Fellow at Entrepreneurship Development of India (EDII) and qualified National Eligibility Test (NET) for Lectureship. He is recipient of Best Paper Award and Best Scholar Award. His research interests include electric vehicles entrepreneurship, agricultural entrepreneurship, renewable energy entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education. He has published papers in learned journals like International Entrepreneurship and Management Journal (Springer), Journal Global Entrepreneurship Research (Springer), International Journal of Intelligent Enterprise (InderSciences), International Journal of Knowledge Management (IGI Global), and Contemporary Issues in Entrepreneurship Research (Emerald), Academy of Management Global Proceedings Indexed in Scopus, SSCI (Clarivate Analytics) and ABDC. His papers were accepted and presented in National and International Conference at IIM Bangalore, IIM Lucknow, IIM Rohtak, Academy of Management, Paris Business School etc. He is also Lead Editor of a Book “Driving Factors for Venture Creation and Success in Agricultural Entrepreneurship” to be published by IGI Global USA and Referee to many reputed journals.
